Long-term care planning is the most essential component of what we do. We collaborate with clients to build out their dreams and goals. Working with clients we take a holistic approach.
Able Transition began out of a need our founder, Kenzie Clark, saw as she engaged with families and students in her role as a Special Educator. With a Masters in Transition, she has the education, experience, and passion in transition. Through this work she has seen, first-hand, the importance and need for planning, preparing, and collaborating with individuals and their families for a high-quality future.
Transition is so much more than preparing for education, employment, and independent living. It is a complex process and we are here to provide a unique roadmap forward for all of our clients.

WHO WE ARE
"Kenzie and her team of experts in the field have been life-changing to myself, my spouse, and our child. She met us in our time of frustration and need and walked us through processes that helped us determine a path forward. Her referral contacts have been indispensable in our daughter's progress this past year. She definitely does her homework and finds the best in the field. I appreciated her push to get us to look into the future and start planning now for our daughter's needs. She gave us information that we didn't even know existed, and that will make a huge difference to our daughter's future independence and success."
“Kenzie and her team bring to our community what we need and the way we need it. They insist on dignity for everyone. How fortunate we are to have her firm, here in the triangle, to help us navigate the changing world of people with disabilities.”
