Able Transition began out of a need our founder, Kenzie Clark, saw as she engaged with families and students in her role as a Special Educator. With a Masters in Transition, she has the education, experience and passion in transition. Through this work she has seen, first-hand, the importance and need of preparing individuals and their families for the future.
Transition is so much more than preparing for education, employment and independent living. It is a complex process and we are here to provide a unique roadmap forward for all of our clients.
